The 2026–2027 cycle is run as the KI Fellowship Programme, a partnership between Khaldun Initiative and the Student Square Foundation to support students pursuing higher education abroad.

It is designed to guide aspiring graduate students through the application process — for postgraduate study in the social sciences and humanities at universities in North America, Europe, and other international destinations.

What the programme offers

  • Opening and closing retreats for networking and leadership development.
  • Master classes on statement-of-purpose writing, letters of recommendation, and graduate applications.
  • Guided mentorship from experienced professionals.
  • Funding support for GRE, TOEFL/IELTS, and university application fees.

Who should apply

Aspiring graduate students committed to postgraduate study in the social sciences and humanities who would benefit from guidance and financial support through the application process.

Eligibility

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity through academics or social commitment.
  • Financial need to cover graduate-school application costs.
